Yarn install errors on Windows 11

I’m having trouble getting past a yarn install error on Windows 11 specifically with the iltorb library. Note that I get a bunch of warnings before hitting the error. I get a similar error if I try to install iltorb via npm.

I’m trying to work through the Eth FastCamp, please help!

I’m past the yarn install error. I had to re-install/modify the VS build tools. Now I can’t get the web server to launch. Getting this ‘loader’ error.
